Krzysztof Sakierski

From the beginning of his 13-year professional career, Krzysztof has been continuously linked with the real estate sector over several different roles. Before joining NGL, he worked in an international advisory company, property developers, and real estate agents.

He performed many highest and best use analyses as well as masterplans from clients in Poland, CEE, and Georgia. He worked on a number of optimisation and restructuring projects helping clients make the most of their property portfolios. Krzysztof worked on several public projects, that included revitalisation, landscape resolution acts, where he leads public consultations with citizens across Poland. He supported clients in transactions of sale and lease of office, production, residential, and hotel assets.

Krzysztof advised private clients as well as public ones, including state and municipal entities.

Krzysztof received his master’s degree from the University of Gdańsk, Finance and Banking faculty, with special emphasis on accounting. He completed post-graduate studies in real estate appraisal at the Warsaw Technical University.
