Roger Burek-Bors

Roger Burek-Bors has been professionally involved in the Polish defense sector for the past 15 years, working for the Ministry of National Defense, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., and several of its subsidiaries. As an experienced defense project and program manager, he has a proven track record of managing complex initiatives. He has contributed to the successful implementation of numerous new defense technologies in the Polish industry, particularly in the field of missile systems. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, business modeling, investment processes, procurement, technology acquisition, risk management, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Roger holds a Master’s degree in National Security Management from the National Defense University, completed postgraduate studies in corporate law at the University of Warsaw, and earned an MBA with a specialization in innovation and data analysis from SWPS. He has also completed numerous training courses to enhance both his managerial and technical (engineering) skills.

He is passionate about Python programming and data science, and is actively involved in projects that use data analysis to support informed decision-making and develop innovative solutions. His interests also include AI (particularly machine learning), blockchain technologies, and high-tech gadgets, enabling him to stay at the forefront of technological trends.
