Mateusz Niewczas

DIRECTOR

Mateusz is an engineer and an experienced manager with over 12 years of experience in the engineering, digital, and financial sectors. He specializes in building digital products, collaborating with startups, and implementing innovations, particularly in the areas of digital, deep-tech, fintech, and insurtech.

During his time at the largest financial institution in CEE, he led several strategic projects and co-developed and oversaw the implementation of key streams of the group’s strategy. Together with his team, he developed digital products from concept to fully operational businesses, achieving multimillion-dollar revenues and double-digit annual growth rates.

He also worked for leading Polish companies implementing Industry 4.0 solutions. As an automation engineer, he executed numerous engineering projects for large Polish and international companies in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, and chemical industries.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology (Automation and Robotics), the Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Essex (Computer Science & AI).
